PRONOUN
INTRODUCTION:
a term that can serve as a noun phrase used alone and refers to either the conversation participants (such as "I," "you," or "that") or to someone or something referenced elsewhere in the discourse. A pronoun is a term that you use to refer to someone or something when you do not need to use a noun, frequently because the subject or object has already been named.
SIGNIFICANCE:
Pronouns are one of the sentence's basic building blocks since they are short words that can perform all of the functions of nouns.
DEFINITION:
A pronoun is a word which is used in place of a proper noun or a common noun. Generally, a pronoun takes the place of a particular noun. The pronoun refers to its antecedent. A pronoun helps us avoid unnecessary repetition in our writing and speech.
